Rugby Borough Council goes live with Cx, Civica's cloud licensing software
The new cloud software will increase efficiency by 60% and improve online application rate from 0% to 80%
Cx Licensing will increase efficiency by automating routine tasks, easing the burden of high volume of applications during peak periods. Intuitive and agile, Cx allows the Council to access applications in real time to minimise administration and improve the employee user experience.
The Licensing team will reach outcomes via the quickest and most appropriate route, making working practices more consistent. This will help to deliver meaningful information for managers to make decisions more confidently as data error is reduced.
The Council is now working with Civica to implement Cx Citizen Portal for Licensing. Once complete, this will allow the 100,000+ citizens in Rugby to apply for any licences online via a secure digital portal. Using the mobile, 24/7 service, citizens can manage their licence applications anytime, anywhere. This will promote channel shift, increase flexibility and drive citizen engagement, aligning with the Council’s ongoing strategy to streamline processes and deliver improved services for customers.
Cx Licensing aligns with our ongoing digital strategy to streamline processes and maximise productivity. Cx will help our employees be more flexible, consistent and accurate in their decision making.
Using Cx Licensing, the team will increase efficiency by 60%, and improve online application rates from 0% to 80%. Our citizens will be able to manage their applications and progress updates online anytime, significantly improving the customer journey and reducing administrative pressure.
