In light of the evolving public health situation, we have taken the decision to postpone the event due to take place on 12th November and reschedule it for 11th May 2021.
Whilst disappointing, we believe this is the prudent and responsible course of action. The health and wellbeing of delegates, partners and colleagues, as well as the wider community, is our priority.
Challenge 2020 is Civica Engagement Solutions’ annual conference dedicated to engagement, involvement and participation within the health sector.
The day is free for our delegates – customers and non-customers alike – to network, share experiences, hear from leaders and learn new skills when it comes to accessing and engaging with stakeholders – patients, public and staff - as such embedding them in the health sector’s day to day improvement programmes.
Since 2016, we’ve lined-up an array of quality speakers and thought-leaders: from The King’s Fund, John Lewis Partnership, former Secretaries of State, Point of Care Foundation, to the Big Issue, National Voices, Patient Experience Network, Innocent Drinks, Co-operatives UK and the leading sector institutions - NHS Improvement, Confederation, Employers, Providers and the CQC.
We’ve also showcased the best examples from local providers, commissioners and social enterprises. Every year, we celebrate their achievements by presenting our Engagement Champion Award.
Civica Engagement Solutions believes placing people and conversations at the heart of the NHS is the basis for change and improvement. We are proud to be hosting our fifth Challenge 2020 day and hope you can join us.
