Civica’s Authority EasyPay is the easiest way for your customers to pay their utility bills. Customers can choose from a variety of payment options such as ACH, debit/credit card via text, phone or online.
Authority EasyPay’s electronic bill payment and presentment (EBPP) helps save money through reducing the use of paper, while at the same time increasing the convenience of the customer’s payment experience.
Enhancements to Cloud-based Authority EasyPay are rolled out automatically without the need for disruptive patch installations.
