Challenge 2020 is our annual conference dedicated to engagement, involvement and participation within the health sector.
Challenge 2020 seeks to inform attendees of how they can meaningfully engage with and involve their stakeholders: public, patients and staff.
Since 2016, we’ve lined-up an array of quality speakers and thought-leaders: from The King’s Fund, John Lewis Partnership, Point of Care Foundation, National Voices, Innocent Drinks, Co-operatives UK and the leading institutions of the NHS (NHS Improvement, Care Quality Commission, NHS Confederation, NHS Employers). We’ve also showcased the best examples from local providers and commissioners. Every year, we celebrate their achievements by presenting our Engagement Champion Award.
In May 2019 ‘Challenge 2020’ returned with a closer look at Engagement and Experience. The event focused on stakeholder engagement, how do we meaningfully engage all communities in the planning and providing of health services and experience management, how do we harness the power of patient and staff experience to make real improvements in the sector.
