John is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the European Engineering Institution and has over 20 years’ experience in the selection, development and implementation of new technology. John’s previous executive appointments include roles with PA Consulting, Infor, the UK Cabinet Office, the UK MoD Procurement Executive and NATO. John is responsible for the Group’s systems, infrastructure, processes and management systems/governance along with the Customer Support platform.
