Paul joined Civica in 2011 and has been instrumental to the success of the Group’s Business Process Services business. Today, Paul leads on the development of new and existing market propositions. With extensive experience across multiple sectors, he continues to create innovative strategic partnerships to help organisations to transform the way they work, as well as leading discussions around the ‘Changing Landscape’ of public sector service delivery. Prior to joining Civica, Paul has worked with many leading industry players such as Northgate, Xerox and Capita.
